TRYO BAGS : India / WORLDWIDE WARRANTY POLICY:

Tryo Bags / Tryo India / Connect Infosystems. (“the Company”) provides this India / worldwide warranty card applicable India / internationally across the globe for exercising the warranty on TRYO products. This India & worldwide warranty card, valid within India /Global (“the primary warranty card”) have been attached with the product itself and issued at the time of purchase of products. This  / India/ worldwide warranty card is valid only if the primary warranty card is valid and for are warranted to its original owner / Purchaser only. All the terms and conditions including the warranty period as mentioned in the primary warranty card shall be applicable to this India / worldwide warranty card. The primary warranty card shall govern the warranty on the product while the user is within India/ and Global.The warranty card is valid only when the card is duly filled along with the dealer seal with the dealer signature, date of sale etc...

The warranty will not be valid for the dealer's and distributor's stock which kept stock for more than 60 days from the date of purchase either from company or its from distributor /s.

TRYO Bags warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months for its Zips & Runners and 6 months for any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This is a carry-in warranty that does not cover the Material / zips/Runner damage caused by natural wear and tear over time, use under extreme conditions or due to improper care and all our TRYO bags are manufactured to carry limited weight and the weight bearing capacity are

Laptop Bags - Max 5 to 6 KG ( check with the product warranty card before purchase)

School Bags - Max 10 to 12 KG ( check with the product warranty card before purchase)

Carry case - Max 5 to 6 KG ( check with the product warranty card before purchase)

Travel Suitcases 15 to 16 KG ( check with the product warranty card before purchase)


if the TRYO bags are damaged due to over weight kept, the bags will not cover under warranty ( above the weight as mentioned herein)  

 If a product is deemed defective, TRYO will repair or replace it at its sole discretion.( the warranty of Tryo Bags are depends on the model and while purchase kindly verify at the purchase point / Dealer and ask / demand  the warranty card along with your purchase invoice / bill  )

The procedure as mentioned below needs to be followed by the user to exercise this worldwide warranty on the product:

 

 After the expiry of this period, you can still avail of this repair facility, by paying for the same. 
 

The Warranty, however, is subject to the following conditions:

1.  This Warranty card is valid only if it is duly filled in, stamped and signed by the authorized dealer / showroom of TRYO BAG (except for institutional purchases). The card and the relevant cash memo must be preserved and produced along with the defective piece while submit for warranty claim.

2.  The defective piece must be delivered by the User at his/her/its/own cost to the company's nearest sales or after sales service centre, the details whereof can be obtained by contacting the Company on aforesaid helpline number or email ID or at web at www.tryobags.com.

3.  This Warranty is not valid for:

A.  Damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components/accessories, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme heat and temperature, solvents, acids and exposure to rain/water , kept ideal for more than 1 month by customer and for dealer / distributor kept unsold for more than 60 days from the date of Invoice.

B.  Replacement/repair of Bag / briefcase folios and suitcase divider flaps.

C.  Powder coating, gold plating, wood finish on locks, frames, channels and on all other metallic surfaces.

D.  Damages such as zip bursts, cracks, dents and scratches to any of the components, tearing of inner lining or any other fabric.

E.  Damages from mishandling and abuse in transit by the carrier company (any way of transport …Airlines etc.) (if such abuse occurs, one must immediately file a claim with the Carrier Company before leaving the transport terminal) and

F.  Damages to the Non leather / leather / lining trimmings.

4.  The Company will undertake to repair / replace the defective piece at its own discretion and its decision as to the nature of the defects and applicability of this Warranty, is final.

5.  In the interest of product up gradation, the Company is free to change its products specification without notice. In case spares for given models are not available, the Company may at its discretion, offer an equivalent model at a special rate / extra cost

6.  Any disputes arising out of the applicability / usage of this Warranty card is subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.

7.  The Company's liability for damages shall be restricted only upto repair/replacement of the defective piece and in no event and under no circumstances it shall exceed the price paid (after discounts, if any) by the customer to the Company for the damaged piece stated in the invoice/cash memo.

8.  This Warranty excludes every condition/warranty liability not expressly set out herein.

9.  All locks and security mechanism fitted on the / Bag / luggage are delaying devices and can't prevent theft of the contents and luggage.

10.  Besides the aforesaid terms and conditions, for availing the Worldwide Warranty, the procedure as mentioned below also needs to be followed by the user to exercise this warranty on the product:

 .  To avail of this warranty the user needs to contact the Company's call centre by phone or email.

A.  The user will have to provide necessary documents including the duly filled up, signed and stamped copies of the valid warranty card, invoice (and the photo of the defective piece if physical product is not available for inspection) physically at the service centre or by email or fax at the address/ fax number that the call centre may provide. 

B.  The piece must be delivered to and collected back from the nearest service centre at the user's cost. The address will be provided by the Company through the call centre / at www.tryobags.com.

C.  The Company reserves the right to repair; or replace the defective piece as deemed suitable. In case of replacement, the defective piece shall be replaced with another piece of the same model or equivalent model of any of the Company's brand at the Company's discretion. 

D.  The Company or its representative(s) will undertake to repair or replace the defective parts/ piece within a reasonable period of time and its decision as to the nature of defect and the applicability of the warranty is final. 

E.  In case of service call being raised outside of India in any country which is covered by this warranty  ( check with warranty card provided along with TRYO Product/s)  and in the case where the company approves the replacement of the defective piece - the fresh piece will either have to be picked up by the user from the Company's service centre or the Company may agree to deliver the same to the user at the address provided by him/ her, which should be within the limits of the country from where the service call was originated. 

F.  In case Company agrees to deliver the replacement free of cost to the user at the address provided and agreed, the user shall be required to deliver the defective piece at its own cost, either before or after receipt of replacement in lieu of the defective piece, to nearest service centre location as may be informed by the Company.
